    We seek a seasoned practitioner who can immediately create impact in the BPM Practice and be a vital member in its next phase of development. This person has consulting experience and a track record of value creation for building product manufacturers. Our ideal candidate understands the trends and changing market conditions specifically influencing BPM’s, with incomparable industry savvy and established relationships. As a new partner on our team, you will have the opportunity to innovate fresh offerings and approaches for a valued service line. This full-time opportunity will be based in our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.


    In this exciting new role, you will divide your time between:

    • Driving business development opportunities
    • Leading consulting engagements focused on BPM clients
    • Developing FMI’s thought leadership content and strategic direction


    • 10+ years of professional work experience
    • 5+ years in management consultancy
    • Superior consultative sales capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make sense out of data
    • Able to write and present in a clear and compelling way for high-level executives
    • Proven ability to manage people and complex engagements
    • MBA or an equivalent master's degree from an accredited top-tier college or university is required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or building construction is a plus
