    FMI is seeking an experienced front desk coordinator with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and solid administrative skills to join our growing team.


    This is a full-time opportunity based in our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.


    • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
    • Answering multiple phone lines and routing calls to the appropriate party; forwarding messages
    • Serving as point of contact for office deliveries and technician calls
    • Maintaining vendor relationships with office services suppliers
    • Validating parking for clients and employees
    • Submitting office maintenance tickets via the online system
    • Scheduling conference calls and meeting rooms
    • Placing catering orders for monthly staff meetings
    • Ordering and managing company print collateral
    • Shipping projectors for offsite meetings
    • Receiving, sorting and distributing office mail
    • Coordinating and distributing FedEx, UPS and other deliveries
    • Ordering, receiving and maintaining office and break room supplies
    • Stocking and organizing workrooms
    • Performing data entry
    • Assisting with administrative team overflow work as needed
    • Performing other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent number of years of work experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or an administrative support role
    • Strong customer service focus and dedication to high quality work
    • Proven organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Demonstrated maturity, integrity and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
    • Ability to thrive with minimal direction and supervision
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
