Overview

FMI's Center for Strategic Leadership is seeking a high-energy program assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasking individual who possesses solid administrative and people skills.

 

This full-time opportunity will based in our Cherry Creek office in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multiple projects and tasks for a diverse group of consultants simultaneously
• Preparing client documentation for signature programs
• Proofreading, editing and formatting documents
• Planning meetings, conference calls and lunches
• Participating in consulting projects as needed
• Assisting with qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Performing project data entry
• Interacting with clients around data gathering and logistics coordination
• Collecting, analyzing and preparing summaries of surveys and client feedback
• Performing general office administrative duties, including processing expenses and invoices, coordinating consultant calendars, providing front desk coverage, scanning documents, faxing, copying and printing
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent number of years of work experience
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent position
• Strong customer service ethic and dedication to high quality work product
• Ability to thrive with minimal direction and supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and formatting skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated maturity, integrity and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
• Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Previous Salesforce experience is a plus
