Overview

FMI's Marketing Group is seeking a digital marketing analyst to play a key role on our growing and highly-focused team. This position will report to the digital marketing manager, providing support for several service offerings while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

 

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, logical and endlessly curious about the future of digital media. They will be quick to pick up patterns and patient enough to identify long-term trends. Your primary objective will be to generate web leads and traffic through paid media, social media and other digital marketing activities. Responsibilities will include supporting other marketing initiatives, projects and corporate activities. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills and be passionate about delivering results. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing team, and make a big impact across a large organization.

 

This full-time opportunity will be based in our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Google AdWords and other PPC campaigns
  • Researching and testing partnerships with paid media vendors and industry publications
  • Performing reporting and analytics
  • Managing budgets
  • Writing ad copy
  • Managing social media marketing
  • Performing A/B Testing
  • Developing, updating and documenting processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably as part of a marketing team in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success with paid media campaigns, specifically AdWords
  • Certification in Google AdWords and Analytics
  • Previous leadership experience and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure and adapt to change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated maturity, integrity and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
